1. You use all the contents of this service with fully responsibility and comply with relevant laws and Republic of China to all international practice. The terms of the interpretation and application and your use of these service obligations between the rights due to The Company shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Republic of China. Thus any of its dispute, it will be Taiwan Xinbei District Court as jurisdiction of the court of first instance. Any notification between the user and The Company about the terms of the services shall be in ROC official languages Chinese and Mandarin.
2. The Company for your using of the products or the products via other sites link to download the software or data belongs to The Company, without any warranty. You should determine the suitability of discretion and the aforementioned software or data, validity, accuracy, completeness, and whether the infringement right before downloading any of The Company assumes liability for such losses.
3. The Company maintains all the interests, if you violate laws and regulations, the terms of use or any other important event, The Company have rights to cancel or restrict, immediately your eligibility without notification.
4. The Company for your using of the products, or inability to use these products due to any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages, will bear no liability. However, if you use the products that have a bidder, we for consideration within the range you are paid liability.
